Creating an account grants nothing
Registration and verification are separate workflows on purpose. An account gets you a profile; a reviewed verification result is what unlocks the actions it supports.

How RxK works
Four steps, in the order they actually happen.
The sequence is the product. Each step has to complete before the next one is available, which is what makes the result mean anything.

Create the account you need
Choose a professional profile or an organization workspace. This is identity and nothing more — it grants no verified status.

Complete the applicable verification
Submit the information and evidence the active verification profile asks for. An authorised reviewer or an approved source evaluates it.

Connect directly
A trusted organization searches eligible professionals and sends a request to a specific person, who accepts or declines it.

Operate on the record
An accepted request becomes an assignment, with the timesheets, documents and notifications that go with it kept for both sides.
Trust and verification
Trust that says what it means, and stops where it stops.
RxK records approved verification results to determine what a member may do on the platform. It is deliberate about what it does not claim.
What verification establishes
That a professional or organization is eligible, for a stated profession, jurisdiction and capability, to take the platform actions that result supports — evaluated by an authorised reviewer or an approved source, and recorded with an expiry.
How verification works →What it is not
It is not a professional licence, and it is not a background check, an insurance confirmation, a continuous licence monitor or an automated regulatory decision. RxK performs none of those and does not present a verified member as though it had.
What other members never receive
Uploaded documents, internal reviewer notes, raw evidence and personal identification beyond what a result requires are not part of an ordinary professional search. Other members see the outcome, not the file behind it.

What RxK does not do yet.
A platform that describes future work as though it were live is not trustworthy about anything else. These are named rather than implied.
Open marketplace
Broader open shift posting and open applications are a Launch 2 activation. Today the network works through direct requests to a specific professional.
Performance Passport
Verified performance and reputation signals will be built from real assignment records in Launch 2. There are no star ratings, review scores or match percentages on RxK, and none are simulated.
Pharmacy technology
Broader pharmacy software remains a future technology layer with its own regulatory and security requirements. It is not part of this platform.
