Understand the record
Uploading a file does not verify its authenticity or establish permission to practise. A source check must say what was checked and when.
Revocation has a clear limit
Revoking a share is intended to stop future RxK access. It cannot retrieve a copy already downloaded. Any retained organization record needs its own lawful purpose and retention policy.
