Eligibility is evaluated by profession, jurisdiction and capability using the approved verification basis. The result records what the professional may do on the platform — not a general endorsement.
Trust and verification
Verification should be factual, scoped and auditable.
RxK records approved verification results to determine platform eligibility. It does not issue professional licences, and it does not expose private evidence to ordinary network users.

A verification result is a current state with an end date, not a permanent award. The platform treats it that way, and so should anybody reading one.
Bilateral trust
Professionals and organizations both establish it.
A network where only one side is checked is not a trusted network; it is a directory with a gate on it.
Organization trust
Organization identity and representative authority are confirmed before restricted professional-network actions become available to that organization at all.
Verification lifecycle
Trust is not permanent by default.

Submit
The member provides the information and evidence the active verification profile requires.

An authorised reviewer, or an approved source, evaluates the claim.

The platform records the verified eligibility result and the specific capabilities it supports.

Recheck
Expiry, suspension, changed authority or new evidence can trigger another review.
The boundary
What RxK verification is not.
Stating this is not modesty. A member who believes RxK has checked something it has not checked will rely on it, and that is a real harm.
Not a licence, and not a regulator
RxK does not issue, grant, replace or renew any professional licence or registration, and it makes no regulatory decision. The regulator remains the regulator.
Not a background or insurance check
RxK does not perform criminal record checks, insurance verification, continuous licence monitoring or automated regulatory validation. Where a KOTBHC engagement requires any of those, it is that engagement's requirement, not a platform status.
Privacy
What other members do not receive.
The outcome is shared; the evidence is not
Private uploaded documents, internal reviewer notes, unnecessary personal identification and raw evidence are not part of ordinary professional-search results. What another member sees is the recorded eligibility outcome and the profile its owner maintains.
