No patient-information workflow
Request Services and RxK workforce features are not clinical systems. Do not submit patient names, prescriptions, medication histories or other patient-identifying clinical information.
Trust evidence
Verification evidence is restricted. Other network participants receive only the trust summary required for the supported interaction, not the raw evidence archive.
Account and security data
Authentication, session, security and audit records are used to protect accounts and controlled actions.
