Use of the websites
Use KOTBHC and RxK only for lawful purposes and provide accurate information when creating accounts, service requests or trust submissions.
No patient information in workforce/service intake
Do not submit patient-identifying clinical information through Request Services, workforce profiles, professional requests or other non-clinical Launch 1 workflows.
Verification
RxK may record verification results based on approved sources and review methods. RxK does not issue professional licences or replace a regulator.
Service and commercial terms
Quotes, assignments, agreements and other service-specific terms may create additional obligations only when properly issued and accepted through the controlled workflow.
Availability
Service availability, professional availability and jurisdiction activation are not guaranteed merely because a page or account exists.
