Check the account inbox
If an eligible account uses that address, look for its reset message, including in the junk folder.
Follow the secure link
Open the link and choose a new password. You do not need to copy a reset token. Sign in again after the password is updated.
Ask for help
If you cannot access the email account, use the account-help enquiry route. Do not send passwords or recovery links in a message.
